● The machine equips with 6 NC axes. Can finish the polishing and buffing of 4 work pieces in one time.

● With Italy advanced PROMAX control system for high precision of control and high stability of move technology, stable process, high control accuracy.

● Software: Programmable, with portable handed device, contains manually mode to simulate the workmanship polishing and record the track; automatically operating model is available with pre-settled parameters program.

● Polishing pressure and wear compensation control performance:

When the polishing cloth wheel is worn out, the system can detect that the torque becomes smaller and automatically the compensation in all direction.

● Linear speed compensation:

When the outer diameter of the cloth wheel is reduced, the system automatically increases the speed and compensation.

● Solid polishing wax, to set up the wax spraying cycle time, frequency. Select fixed wax and liquid wax according to product features.

● Full digital control:

Storage of 50 polishing program parameters which can be saved and adjusted at any time. （Either 500 lines 50 polishing programs ,or 200 lines 125 polishing programs .）

● CN/EN language display on Touch Panel. To set all parameters for an easy operation; fault codes display and alarm pages for quick trouble shooting and repair.

● Warning feeding wax.

● Fixture wear-resistant sleeve to ensure the normal use cycle of more than 6 months.
