Dingzhu’s robotic engine block deburring systems are custom-engineered for heavy industrial duties, combining multi-axis industrial robots (6-axis articulated arms coupled with heavy-duty servo rotary tables) with adaptive compliance tool spindles. This ensures uniform edge chamfering, parting line grinding, riser neck removal, and internal cavity cleaning regardless of casting dimensional variations.
Equipped with pneumatic and electro-servo floating mechanisms, the deburring tool maintains constant contact pressure along parting lines and cylinder deck edges, preventing gouging into baseline engine geometry.
Specialized high-speed spindle attachments navigate through crankcase openings, water pump housings, and oil gallery channels to remove internal flash and core support flash that cannot be reached manually.
Designed to handle both abrasive diamond grinding wheels for grey cast iron blocks (HT250/HT300) and tungsten carbide rotary burrs for aluminum blocks with integrated mist lubrication to prevent tool clogging.
